Bunzlau dishware

As I had the morning off, I went for some home-shopping here in Utrecht. I found this great dishware by Bunzlau.

I found it at a shop called Zinin. They also have stuff bt Rice, Housedoctor, Fermob, etc.

I also went to Emma B., Strand West, Dille & Kamille and Rachmaninoff. Check out the websites, as these shops are lovely!!

Dandelion lamp

This image served for some inspiration for our new bedroom. I found it on the Dutch home-selling website Funda. So it's just somebody's house. I'm getting a green wall (like in this picture) and a vintage-like iron bed.

Now I was thinking of what kind of lamp we should get, and i stumbled upon good-old Ikea. I love this lamp Maskros, and it's 'cheap' as well!

Look at some other bedroom's that I really like. The lamp suits them well, don't you think?

Finding myself a new bike

When I'll be moving next month, I'm also gonna look for a new job. One at biking-distance, as I'm getting fed up with 2 x 1,5 hrs a day...

This'll mean that I'll 'have' to get myself a proper bike, other than the brick I'm riding at the moment (I've had my bike stolen for at least 4 times within 8 years here in Utrecht).

The bike I'd really love to have is Viva's classic women's shopping bike, the Juliett. and I want it to be red and with a basket!

The following two I adore, but are without bike-rack, so I'm not sure they're the ones for me. (In case you don't know: Dutch people do everything by bike, so I'll need to be able to get is fully loaded. Check out the very last picture...).

Jude is my law

Somebody at my gym was wearing a great shirt:

I love it!

I assume this is a good enough excuse to post some eye candy, right? So here goes:

Housedoctor

As i'm moving to my brand new house in september, i'm roaming the internet for furniture. I keep ending up with Danish design. I just love it!
There's one brand i really like, it's Housedoctor (they also have their own blog on blogspot, you can find it through the website).

Camera straps

Last night I made a search for some nice camera straps to go with my soon-to-arrive Holga 135BC.

I ordered one of these by some fancy fashion magazine woman (her site). Check 'em out:

I also found some other lovely straps, made out of leather. As soon as the other strap + cam are in I'll choose on to order. I guess it might be something like this:

Back from the dead

Allright, after this blog being nearly dead, I'll give it another try. But let's say it'll be irregularly updated...
